While we verify suppliers and coordinate quality checks, HemPortal does not guarantee product quality, delivery timelines, or transaction outcomes. Our liability is limited to our service fees.
Insurance
Shipment insurance is coordinated through third-party providers. Coverage, terms, and claims are handled directly between buyers and insurers. HemPortal is not the insurer.
