1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using HemPortal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
HemPortal operates as a B2B sourcing platform connecting international buyers with verified Indian industrial hemp suppliers. We facilitate RFQ matching, supplier verification, quality coordination, and export documentation support.
3. Service Fees
Our service fees are:
- FOB/CIF orders ($5,000+ minimum): 5% service fee (minimum $250)
- DDP orders ($9,999+ minimum): 7% service fee (minimum $700) plus execution retainer
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations in their destination country. HemPortal provides documentation support but cannot guarantee import approval or customs clearance.
5. Industrial Hemp Only
HemPortal deals exclusively in industrial hemp materials that comply with applicable regulations. We do not handle any controlled substances or products outside legal industrial hemp specifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
HemPortal acts as a facilitator between buyers and suppliers. We are not liable for supplier performance, product quality issues beyond our QC scope, shipping delays, or import/customs issues.
